Service is a core value of Freemasonry. Lodges regularly contribute to numerous charities and many members participate in voluntary activities and are active in supporting their community.

Each year, Freemasonry as a whole contributes millions of pounds to deserving causes. Over 18.5 million hours of voluntary work are undertaken by Freemasons in their communities every year.
